General Information

Registration will not be completed until you have filled and submitted the pre-registration form, make the payment for the fee and you receive confirmation by email from the Events Office. Upon submitting the pre-registration form, you will receive instructions by email about how to make the payment by bank transfer.

Registration fee includes your attendance to the events chosen and coffee breaks for the two conference days; other meals will be on your own. Cancellations are only accepted before November, 1st and a 50% cancellation charge will be applied.

Seating is limited. The room for the additional event (XHTML2/XForms tutorial at the Escuela de Ingeniería Informática de Oviedo) has less capacity than the room for the two conference days (at the Centro Municipal Gijón-Sur). Seats will be assigned in a first come first serve basis.

Unemployed people have a 50% discount rate. They should justify they are unemployees by sending a copy of their unemployment card by fax or mail to the Events Office. W3C Members have special fees.

The registration is opened until 16^th November.

Bank transfer costs will be paid by the participant.

Attendants will receive a Certification of Attendance at the end of the congress.
