Instructions

Registration will be completed upon filling and submitting the registration form, and making the online payment for the registration fee. You will receive confirmation from the Events Office by email after that. Payment is accepted only by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Maestro) and has to be made at the time of registration. Cancellations are only accepted before September, 1^st and a 50% cancellation charge will be applied.

The registration fee includes your attendance to the conference/workshop (whatever you will choose in the process) and coffee breaks for the two conference days; other meals will be on your own. Only for workshop attendants, meal is also included for the workshop day.

Deadline and Limited Seating

Seats for the Workshop have been sold out.

Seating is limited. The Workshop room (at the AC Forum Hotel) has a seating capacity of 80 seats. The conference room (at Filarmónica Theatre) has a larger capacity. Seats will be assigned in a first come first serve basis.

The registration is opened until September, 27^nd or while seats last.

Discounts

Unemployed people have a discount rate. If you are unemployed, you have to send a copy of your unemployment card by e-mail (preferably) or fax to the Events Office. There are also special fees for W3C Members.
