Registration will be completed upon filling and submitting the registration form, and making the online payment for the registration fee. You will receive confirmation from the Events Office by email after that. Payment is accepted only by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Maestro) and has to be made at the time of registration.
The registration fee includes your attendance to the conference/workshop (whatever you will choose in the process) and coffee breaks for the two conference days.
Seating is limited. The Workshop rooms has a strict limited seating capacity. The conference room has a larger capacity. Seats will be assigned in a first come first serve basis.
The period for registration will be opened until October 20 (included) or all the seats will be sold out.
Coffees and lunches between the conferences, served by the organizers, are included in the prices.
You could also choose to attend the espicha, an informal dinner in the Asturian traditional style, which will take place on Monday, 27th. View the prices.
Unemployed people have a discount rate of 50%. If you are unemployed, you have to send a copy of your unemployment card by e-mail (preferably) or fax to the Technical Office. There is also a discount of 20% for W3C Members.
There are special discount codes available for unemployed people and W3C Member organizations. These discount codes must be input in the registration form. Both unemployed people and W3C Members must ask the Technical Office for a discount code (a code for unemployment must be requested by sending an email with a copy of the unemployment card.

In the registration form, it must be filled invoicing data of the organization or person, who makes the payment. An electronic invoice will be sent to the specified email address. Any other need about invoicing will be requested to the Administrative Office.
Cancellations are only accepted before September, 29th and a 50% cancellation charge will be applied.
The registration must be completed using the registration form.
This form have three steps. You must introduce the personal data and the fiscal information of the entity who makes the payment. The payment must be make by credit card (Maestro, Visa, or Mastercard), through a secure payment gateway.
